Ordering from JLCPCB

In short

Upload the Gerber zip, turn on PCB assembly with the JLC-format BOM and CPL, check part matching, and add the enclosure from JLC3DP in the same shipment.

Steps

1.

Upload gerbers.zip; choose 2 layers, FR-4, 1.6 mm, HASL lead-free, quantity 5

2.

Turn on PCB assembly: Economic, top side

3.

Upload bom-jlc.csv and cpl-jlc.csv; check the part matching screen

4.

Check the rotation preview of polarised parts

5.

Add the STL files as a 3D-printing order and combine shipments

Live quotes

JLCPCB offers a developer API for quotes and some order types, so prices in Daedalus can be live (level 3).

Tip

Through-hole parts are often left out of economic assembly; the build guide lists what you solder yourself.
